Mr Naga has burned a place in people's heart all over the world for the past 25+ years. Humbly started by an immigrant from Sylhet, Bangladesh who thought to jar their magical and secret family recipe for everyone to try. The rest is history, without a single dollar spent on marketing they have grown slow and steady and now available all over the world.

Our chilli pickle paste has been perfected over 25 years, using the very same recipe we started with. Mr Naga captures the smoky aroma and fiery kick of the Naga (AKA Bongo, Bhut jolokia, Bombay, Ghost pepper) chilli in a jar—truly unlike anything else in the market. What sets it apart is its versatile use, strong flavour and aroma that remains vibrant for months even after the jar is opened.

What is the shelf life of your product?
Each jar will have an expiry date on it. Typically an unopened jar will have 2 years of shelf life from manufacture date. An open jar will last months in your fridge but for best results we suggest to use it up within 4 months.
What's your returns / refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of food products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been delivered, unless the product is defective or an error occurred with your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Past its expiry date
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at sales@mrnaga.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following, at our
discretion:
- A replacement product
- A full or partial refund
- Store credit
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or consumed food products
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned after 15 days of delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
