Which jar should you pick up?

Two things are worth knowing before you stand in front of the shelf.

Mr Naga (Very Hot) is the original. It is a thick, oily chilli pickle built on Bhut Jolokia, the ghost pepper, and it carries genuine heat alongside a deep, smoky, tangy flavour. Start with a quarter teaspoon stirred through whatever you are cooking.
Mr Naga Gold is packed with 95% naga chilli and is hotter and more chilli forward again. This is the one for people who already know they like the heat.

Both are made to the same recipe the family has used since 1996, and both work the same way: they are a cooking ingredient first and a condiment second.
