How to use it

• The Original 190g: your everyday jar. Curries, fried rice, sandwiches, mayo. Quarter teaspoon at a time, stirred in near the end of cooking
• The Gold 190g: the cooking jar. Marinades, finishing sauces, compound butter, anywhere you want to taste the pepper rather than just feel it
• The two Mini 50g jars: the ones that leave the house. A bag, a desk drawer, a houseguest, a present. Around 15 serves each
• Rotation: open one 190g jar at a time and keep the other sealed in the pantry. Refrigerate whichever is open

This is a super-hot product. Contains naga ghost pepper (Bhut Jolokia), 855,000–1,041,427 SHU. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Not recommended for anyone with a sensitive stomach or a heart condition. Start with a small amount.
