Mr Naga - Original
The one that started it all. Smoky, tangy ghost pepper chilli pickle in a 190g jar. The everyday naga paste that turns an ordinary meal into something you will think about tomorrow.
The Original
This is the jar that built the name. Naga ghost peppers (Bhut Jolokia, 855,000–1,041,427 SHU) pickled slowly with South Asian spices until the raw heat mellows into something layered: smoke first, then salt and tang, then a slow, building warmth that arrives a beat after you swallow.
Mr Naga Original is concentrated. There is almost no water and almost no filler in the jar, which is why half a teaspoon is a genuine serving and why a 190g jar lasts most households a couple of months. It also means it behaves like an ingredient rather than a topping. Stir it into a curry base and it disappears into the dish, leaving heat and depth behind.
Made by Pasha Foods, a family business in the UK, to the same Sylheti recipe they have used since 1996. Shipped to you by the official and exclusive ANZ distributor.
