Our chilli pickle paste has been perfected over 25 years, using the very same recipe we started with. Mr Naga captures the smoky aroma and fiery kick of the Naga (ghost pepper) chilli in a jar—truly unlike anything else on the market. What sets it apart is its lasting flavor and aroma, which remain vibrant for months even after the jar is opened.

Due to the perishable nature of food products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been delivered, unless the product is defective or an error occurred with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transit

• Defective

• Past its expiry date

• Incorrect (wrong item sent)

please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at sales@mrnaga.com.au with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

• A replacement product

• A full or partial refund

• Store credit

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or consumed food products

• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

• Items returned without prior approval

• Items returned after 15 days of delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
